I consider myself an active person and the other day I was browsing on Pinterest and saw a “30 Day Squat Challenge” and “Get Rid of Your Armpit Fat” Challenge. I always wonder if those challenges actually make a difference, so I decided to put them to the test. Today will be day one. I will of course pair these challenges with healthy eating, cardio, and a good sleeping schedule. Those three things are super important to do if I expect good results when working out. At the end of 30 days it will be very interesting so see the difference, if any, from a photo log. Each week I will take a photo of the targeted area and compare photos.
