After receiving great feedback about the fitness posts, I have revamped the workout and how I am bringing the information to you! Today’s workout is a great overall core workout. It will target everything from those pesky love handles to that annoying pooch. For better results, I recommend repeating this workout at least 3 times. However, you will still get a great workout with doing it one time through. At the end of the workout make sure you stretch and drink plenty of water. Both are just as important as the workout itself.
