Magnolia Silos & Fixer Upper //

For those of you who do not know, I LOVE Fixer Upper! Not only is HGTV the default channel when you turn our television on but every Tuesday there is a Fixer Upper marathon. I will watch old episodes over and over. Home renovation shows are my weakness. When you have a home renovation show with enjoyable hosts, I am hooked.

This past May my husband, our daughter, and I got to go to the Silos. It was such a fun time! The store was much larger than I thought it would be. There is a main shopping area and you can walk down a set of stairs to a much larger warehouse. The inventory was abundant and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Walking outside to the lawn area there are outdoor games, swings, picnic tables, and food trucks. It is a full fledged family outing. When I went the bakery was not open. However, if it had been I would have had a cupcake in my hand while walking around the grounds. We had such a fun time. To be honest I could have spent several hours there but in consideration for my husband, I cut it down to just under two hours.

Now that I have established that I am a Fixer Upper fan, let’s talk about the premiere happening TOMORROW! Season four is finally here! And that means a premiere party! If you have watched Fixer Upper you know just what food you should have come Tuesday night.

Ham Sandwiches

Chip talks about ham sandwiches and tacos in the majority of episodes. And Joanna can be seen eating cupcakes several times each season.

What should you wear?

Jeans, t-shirt, and your trusty tool belt of course!

All that is left is to sit back, relax, and tune in come Tuesday night.
