On August 28th Michael and I had our four-year anniversary. Saturday morning we packed Charlotte and Oscar up and headed to my parents house where we would drop the babies off. Once the babies were all set we headed for Winter Park. Our first stop of the day was Rifle Paper Co. I had been eyeing a tin recipe box that they sell and was finally able to make the purchase.
Next on the agenda was Burger Fi. It may seem a little low-key for an anniversary but who cares!? They have a great quinoa burger, excellent fries, and we love it!
After Burger Fi, we stopped at a couple of stores including Lillie Pulitzer and Orlando Watch Co. Once the Saturday morning crowd had cleared we made our way to our wedding and reception site, The Winter Park Farmer’s Market. For the past few years we have taken a photo in the same place as some of our iconic wedding photos.
Once the photo shoot was complete, we made way to The Wine Room. This was our first time at The Wine Room. The atmosphere was cozy, the wine selection was extensive, and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be going back!
After three and a half hours at The Wine Room, we walked down to Prato. Prato has a unique fresh menu. They buy their ingredients from local farms which means their menu changes throughout the year. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect.
The evening was a wonderful success! I am so incredibly blessed to have a husband that spoils me. He did an amazing job planning this year’s anniversary celebration and I cannot wait to see his plans for next year! I really love doing life with my man!
